Excess Baggage (EB) is a one-woman outfit that originated from a passionate love of gorgeous bags and a tremendous reluctance to pay retail.
There's nothing I hate more than tacky looking bags, so rest assured that a lot of time, patience, and love went into finding everything you see on this blog.

ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATIONS: To place your order, just fill out the form located at the bottom of the page.
Please note that items will be reserved ONLY upon receipt of order forms. Requests to reserve bags via SMS or email will not be entertained, unless it is followed up with an order form.
An invoice with full payment instructions will be emailed to you shortly after the submission of your order form.
Payment is to be made within 3 working days upon reservation of items. Buyers will be contacted on the final day of the reservation period to re-confirm their interest in the reserved bags. If they fail to respond within the day, the items reserved under their name immediately go to the next buyer in line.
Order cancellations are to be made within the 3-day reservation period. Failure to do so will earn you an automatic blacklisted status.
STOCK: I carry only one piece of each design, so whoever puts their order forms in first and pays within 3 working days gets the bag.
EB does not restock sold-out items.
Items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
PRICING: Prices are non-negotiable and not inclusive of shipping costs.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs will vary depending on the item's size and weight.
Great care was taken to ensure all items are not damaged or defective in any way. As such, I am not responsible for damages or loss of items incurred during or after shipping.
